A Bit About Me

For the last few years I’ve had a growing interest in nutrition and eating healthier food, which has now become a part of my everyday life. Thinking back to how I used to eat, I don’t think I could ever go back – it was just so unhealthy!

Considering the slow progression in the quality of my diet, it’s a little difficult to pinpoint exactly how much of a positive impact eating healthily has had on me. But what I can tell you is that I hardly ever get sick (all I’ve had in the last few years is a cold at most), I have loads of energy every day and I rarely get slouchy or tired.

Of course, I am human and have my off days every now and then, but for the most part I feel great!

In my opinion, having a good understanding of what you eat plays a very big part in having a full and happy life.​ So I felt that with all the knowledge I’ve gathered up over the years, it would be unfair not to share it with others.

The purpose of HealthyCookingAdvice.com is to aid those trying to start a new diet or a new way of life by providing them with healthy cooking tips, advice and recipes.​ Hopefully with my help, it’ll be much easier for them to get their diet back on track.
